Developed and led Greeley PepsiCo’s first Sales Conference for frontline teams, aimed at encouraging confident decision-making and a Challenger Mindset. The event included hands-on activities, role-playing, and presentations. The Market Director attended and praised the success of the event.

Collaborated as a Content Creator on a team to develop a Discovery Project for PRISM. This involved creating a mock Creative Brief, Strategic Plan, and Content Calendar for the Myers-Lawson School of Construction. The project culminated in a final presentation delivered to PRISM members and alumni.
